Constantly ticking boost solenoid

Hi, i have a 3port boost solenoid which is constantly ticking, what could this mean, isit normal or something wrong with it

Are the test plugs connected under the steering column? (i assume you have a classic?)

Probably better to provide more info on the car

They do tick constantly, except on tick over, but the slightest amount of throttle and it's off again. All is well mate.

i havnt checked if plugs are connected or not and yes its a classic, its just annoying me reali, as i can hear it from inside the car and keep finking its bottom block saying bye bye to me lol
