hi guys, i think ive either buggered my hks dump valve or its just given up the ghost, there was a bolt in the back of it i adjusted this slightly to try n make it go off only at more boost how ever it now never goes off and just get a woosh from the air filter follwed by a slight flutter which it had ne way. it occasoinally sqeaks after letting off on big amounts of boost. but hardkly at all, ive put the bolt back to where it was and moved it to lots of different places and the dump valve just doesnt seem to wanna know, does ne one know if it needs to be in a perfect place certain thread count or something? just wanna check this as i have had it mapped and running lots of boost so dont wanna cause ne damage esp and i keep blowin off the boost pipe lol, although i must say it seems quicker through out gear changes now tempted to get a std dumpvalve and do a re circ mod if ne ones knows how to do this on the std unit or does ne know a good re circ valve to get and do i need another map just for the dump valve change as its been mapped with the hks qqvs.

this is defo a classic case of dont fix whats not broken lol... i hate it wen stuff like this happens... if it was me id take it off, give it a bit of a service (clean etc) and put it back on... worth a try
