i have got a 1993 wrx sti i have fitted a hks electronic boost controller but now have the check engine light going on and off at me obviously its detecting it isnt reading any boost as its a stand alone system i fitted is there anyway of bypassing the light

 

if you leave the original boost solenoid conected and just blank the vacuum hoses off or t them together you should,nt have any lights on bud i have fitted many of these and have always done this and had no problems
