Angry pond in my boot !!

Hey anyone got any ideas where the water is getting into my boot ? i have a 93 classic cant work out how its getting there !!! .If anyone dose know how could they also let me know how to prevent this please

Perhaps a seal has split, or perhaps the holes where your spoiler is attached are letting water

check the rear light seal's...if they havent been resealed before they are likely to start leaking.

Perhaps a search on here would yield better results, there are LOADS of threads.

TBH, I COULD type it all out again, but do a search first, OK? Get back if you GENUINELY can't find owt, and are not just being lazy

think ull find its ur seal mate ive the same prolem in the past , just try taking it off clean it and put it back on taking care that its going on the lip properley and even. That cured my problem anyway hope this helps...

Agreed, it IS usually the rear lights, but not always, trust me...........

u might wanna check the seal on the bottom of your rear screen it can be that

Yep, second that. Get hold of some Carafax grey, it's used on caravans and can be had from caravan dealers and some halfords.

mine was letting water through were u fill the rear washer bottle up,the neck of the filler which sits on top level with the inside of the boot was letting water in down there so i sealed it back in place with silicone.
