Default What is this Sensor?

ON my 2001 bugeye WRX there is a sensor?? on the back of the cylinder head practically under the fuel filter. There is an electrical plug on it and a small hose coming off it. This hose isn 't connected to any thing. I noticed it when i was topping the screenwash up

Been looking everywhere but can't see any where it should be connected

Any help would be appreciated

They aren't connected but drain lines, though why the motors need draining is another question.
