hi, long story short, i took off my fuel tank but on refitting everything i was unsure of which pipe was the return pipe, i have 3 pipes near the rear passengers wheel to connect to the tank fuel lines, 1 is obviously the flow as it clips in place but i cant tell the difference between the other 2.
does it really matter as 1 is the return and 1 is the gas vent thing?

IIRC they are a different size the vent to the carbon can is slightly smaller, at least they are on a UK 99my, and yes it matters which way they attach

makes sense, ill have a look see if the rubber pipes from the tank are different in size, thanks very much, phil.

just been to look at weather the pipes were different i size, and they were, i didnt realise that, so the return is the bigger of the 2?
