Spot on and will get you 450ish bhp, however if you are only aiming for 400ish go for the MD321H.

S206 - happy from 400 to 550 I'd say.
Its my personal favourite from a lot of combinations I've tried.
Its just so drivable no matter what you are doing.
Obviously its a personal opinion though - before I get hissed at! ;-)

forgot to say I'm running a 2.1 FF stroker as well.
Running a conservative 450 but going 500+ and 20% meth as soon as I can sneak the £££ past the EPO.

I run a FP green at 416 bhp currently. Only stopped there as engine was on 97k miles, will be looking at a rebuild then upto 450 bhp. Turbo is good foir 500 but not going to push to hard, may stick to the 420 area as driveability is great.

As Tony says you need other things to 'make it happen', it's not just a case of bolting one on and hitting the magical figure.

your either ppg or 6 speed, with type r gearing you'll prob be fine with a 6 speed, i found it way to short and have a ppg straight cut.

bear i mind your around 2-4k depending on what you go for.

SC46 billet & 321T with out spool the S206 by approx 500rpm on a 2.0, gearbox will be on the limit as mentioned but does depend how you drive. I ran a 321T on a standard Type R box for 2 years without issues but others have broken boxes.

apart from the 5 speed I'd say you sound pretty much good to go!

If you talk to Alan I don't think he will just shove you down the S206 route if its not the right choice. Its just a tried and tested set up on the 2.1 stroker they do.

Everyone has their own personal choice and a lot is based on what you intend to do with it. I track mine and the 2.1 and s206 is awesome kept in the power it flies and delivers power in such a way that makes it far so drivable. on/off boost delivery is not pleasurable when feathering the throttle in a 100mph sweeper. Of course this is in IMHO. Again.

My advice tell us what you intend the car for and then someone will give you more specific advice as to what Turbo might work best.

tbh im not conviced any turbo that will push 550 will be comparable with a turbo aimed at 400 and not be laggy, i suspect s206 will be laggy compare to others of that power range.

Quick Reply: best turbo for money 450bhp any idea please???
