basically changed some hoses 2 silicone lads and replaced the restrictor pill in the bottom pipe of the 3 port boost solenoid but other day i found another restrictor pill in the old hoses i changed but unsure where it goes as it fell out on the floor

Just the 1 mate, as you say, in the bottom hose of the BCS.

Keep the other safe as a spare. They are only a couple of £ but if you've got one to hand
