i fitted one to my car on sunday , now my car sounds like its got a bov , do they sound loud like this or do you think ive fitted it wrong and its drawing in air from somewhere else ? thanks !!

I HAD one, and yes, it did make the standard recirc dumpvalve quite loud.

However, two things need taking into account: when it was fitted I was running MAF delete, so no danger of dmaging the MAF and thus the engine.

And secondly, when I had the car rebuilt, a certain gentleman on here took one look at my air intake and pronounced it, "About big enough for a power lawnmower, not a Scoob", so it's now replaced.
