Default Tyres

I,m thinking of buying 4 Michelin Pilot Sports 3 tyres tomorrow, size 235/40/18 for my MY05 Jdm Sti. Costco have a 20% price reduction on these tyres now, a set of 4 costing £563 including Vat and fitting.Any opinions on these tyres and does anyone know of any better deals? Thanks Steve.

I can thoroughly recommend the Michelins, I have a set on my winter 17inch wheels and the grip is just phenomenal in all weather conditions. I have the Vredestein Ultrac Sessantas on the summer 18inch wheels and these are just as good.

Went from the Eagle F1 GSD3 XL symmetrics to these and never looked back. Only other all weather tyre I might consider next is the Sport Contact 5

You may want to check these guys out as I got my Goodyear Eagle F1s from them for circa £450 odd for 4 tyres. They're pretty good tyres as I have already achieved a 10.8 at Santa Pod with them on my full new age weight!

Just got 4 vredestein sessanta's for my 04 JDM ( 225, 40, 18's ) from Elite in Rainham, £446 fitted. So far I'm well pleased with them & seem to prefer them already to my old faithfulls The Goodyear Eagle F1's ( GSD3's ) Was going to go to Costco myself but have heard good things about the Vred's so went for it.
