car is a daily drive no trouble starting in a morning but have noticed this past week the voltage on my apexi tt reads 12.4 when i have my side lights, and a/c switched on blower is around mid speed, if i turn ac of it goes back up to 13.1/2, same if load the car up ie: switch everything on when i first had car it sat at a steady 13.2 volts when everything was on.......

Sounds more like battery, but a competent auto electrics place would be able to test both and tell you one way or the other.
