Default Strange Ticking Noise

Bit of a weird one so I wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt sorted by SN. I turn left and I hear a ticking noise coming from the right front wheel area. No sound when turning right. Any ideas?

Can you only hear it on full lock

I had the same problem and it turned out to be a CV joint, not an expensive problem but something I would recommend repairing soon
