Some more clarification please.

What amount of boost is full boost? Which gear are you testing in?
And I hope that by 'in the morning' you don't mean you're attempting to boost with a cold engine?

Advise: Remove Bailey DV and cone filter, replace with OE items. These items offer no power gains and imo only cause problems, the Baileys specifically could be effecting boost/spool.
