Chances are it's fan belt mate.

Cheap and fairly simple to fix.

Hi mate, will be alternator belt tightening, You need a 10mm socket and 12, take the cover off the top of the alternator. There will be a long bolt and a nut just below it, Loosen that night slightly and the one opposit holding the alternator in place.
Now tighten the long bolt and it will pull ur alternator up thus tightening the belt. Tighten everythin up and jobs a gooden.

Just dont over-Tighten it.
