its had an earlier engine fitted at some point by the looks of it
the gasket you removed is off an engine that has the 4 individual packs

all the other gaskets should be the same
was yours leaking?

Dan/Scooby, you are incorrect. The gaskets VC has taken out of his engine are the ones you would expect to find in an STi version 4. There's nothing here to suggest that an "earlier engine" has been fitted.

VC - you've been sold the wrong gaskets. The ones you've been given are off a phase 2 engine. You need phase 1.5 ones. I believe the correct part number for the ones you need is 13293AA030. I would imagine the ones you've actually been sent have a 1 on the end (i.e. AA051)?
