Default CAMBELT CHANGE

Just abit of advise needed.
The cambelt was done with tensioner in feb 2009 on 73k miles its now on 85k so only done 12k since it was done. When would you change again ? I understand its done every 40 to 50k is that right ?

So should I do it on 90/100k to bring it back in line with what it should be or 110/120k as its only been done 12k ago ?

Just wasnt sure so advise welcome guys thanks

ps - neva trust anything that bleeds for a week and doesnt die

The service book apparently says 60k, so around 133000, i would personally get it done around 125,130000.

It's time and mileage dependant, whichever comes soonest.

So at around 125,000+ or 36 months since the last change.
(I think it's 3 years or is it 4??)

My book for 2003 wrx says cambelt at 50,000 miles, so if it has been done that recently I don't think you need to have it done again soon and it is an expensive service.

if its been done, then as someone else said, 50k from that installation date, or say 3/4 years.

no point in redoing it after 12k...waste of money imo
