I don't think you will find this necessary - the MY01 > already has a relocated steering rack.

I thought that was the case but was sure I read a post where someone had something done ?

Have a chat with with Powerstation. Their opinion seems to be that no new-age Impreza (STI or otherwise) would need a bumpsteer modbasically for the reason stated by Dave.
