Default very poor running first thing in the morning

Hi guys, just a quick one, my car( uk turbo my98) runs fine when warm but on first start up in the morning its runs like a bag of crap!! its not spark plugs a it has some brand new ngkr's, just had a fuel filter, oil filter, air filter brand new idle control valve. The only way that i can get it to run was to go heavy on the throttle and basically over fuel it or it just splutters and dies!! has anyone else had this issue with the car it only hapens when cold once its warm its gone???

I've had the coolant temp sensor problem (fluctuating idle in the morning about 6.30ish but fine rest of the day) and no CEL light,it seems to me the the CEL only lights up when the sensor has failed not failing.
