Seen these official specs on the Subaru website
http://subaru.co.uk/news/new-cosworth-impreza-sti-cs400
0-62mph in 3.7s?????????????
The evo website also says that the mods will not be sold as aftermarket parts!

i'd say thats a transmission bashing redline launch to achieve those sorts of figures. and at the end of the day the 0-60 or 62 whatever it is now is just something that gets banded about to sell cars really.

0-62mph is meaningless in the real world..... what you really want is in-gear times. Than I can see how much quicker a 2ltr JDM with a Litchfield LM turbo is!

erm..... judging by the number of fluffed changes up the quarter mile by numerous subaru owners on here i would beg to differ. when you're well into 5th crossing the quarter those gear changes come pretty quick and all about 0.2second a time.

dont understand this reply? i said the 1/4 is down to driver, ingear times can be done in one gear ie 30-50, 50-70, 60-100 etc i can do "ingear" times better than i could do a 1/4 and its a great way of seeing what mods work as opposed to the "pub bull" or , as you correctly say, "fluffed gear changes"
