It's awkward but not impossible. A 2" - 3" wobble extension bar will help. Air box will need to come out, as well as the washer bottle.

dont know if much different from a classic but piece of pi55 to me. removed air box to gain access an removed washer bottle from other side. when putting them in be careful not to cross thread the heads

Right lets go,get the right plugs to start ngk very good dont need to spend on pretty ones, copper slip grease,3/8 drive rachet,50mm ext,3/8 plug socket with rubber interior,13mm /12mm sockets extension bars.Start on driver side remove air box etc, then the bolts that hold coil packs in place, wiggle coil packs out lift up out the way.Slide socket on 50mm ext into plug hole find plug top push on,connect rachet one hand hold ext while pulling rachet up,if you dont you will break plug, slacken plug until you can undo by hand, remove put to one side, remove next plug.Set plug gap to .70 mm put copper slip on threads keep tip clean or it will missfire, pull rubber insert out of socket push new plug into hole and screw up hand tight, connect socket tighten gently then 1/3 turn there you go.The secret is screw plug in by hand then you know they are not cross threaded.Ps change plugs on a warm engine spray WD40 up the coil pac nose before installation. If plugs are tight try tightening just a touch first,if really tight put coil packs on run for few mins try again
