Default how do you do away with the internal wastegate when you want to use a Tial ext wasteg

planning on running an external wastegate as iam getting boost creep so not controlling boost very well as it keeps climbing problem is what to do with my internal wastegate how do i do away with ot or disable it?

As far as i understand you can just either buy a block off plate or just weld the actuator flap closed.

i heard about the welding part but wasnt sure if its the poppet valve which i weld around or if its the linkage. never knew you could get a block off plate.

as long as the valve is shut airtight it doesn't matter how it is achieved.
i think most people just tack around the valve itself as this guarantees no gases pass through.
