Hi people on boost my car has all of a sudden started to pop n kangaroo where power is going on and off, its fine up to a bar but as it goes to 1.4 1.5 bar it does this any ideas .... Turbo ? Fuel ? Helpp thanks guys

 

Its only done this since new fuel put in and i used anti-lag :-/

 

Failing underload is a classic sign of plugs/coils breaking down At 1.5bar, i would think your plugs need to be tip top tommy.

What Fuel did you use, same as usual, brand, octane value ect??

I'm saying **** all about you 2nd post, as i know next to **** all about AL or it's effects on the engine!

 

No idea what model/year/mods either.

Impreza uk 2000 1998 running 330bhp fuel used was tesco's momentum super front mount k&n 550cc injectors solaris ecu anti lag launch control 1.4 bar boost decat td05 turbo tuned by scooby clinic... Im thinking new leads n coil pack now !! ??? What ya reckon guys

Yeah nothings been changed , except service parts ! Im just wondering if the anti lag has finished the turbo off and it wont boost properly,Theres no smoke from exhaust tho if was fuel problem surely i would have problems contantly, maybe an electrical fault as the car does die if i hold it out n rev counter dies hmmmm

 

its all fixed guys thanks for help all it was was a split actuator pipe derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !
