Good Day All

The error codes 14,15,16,17 have come up after a diagnostic check. I have checked power supply to the injectors which is ok, checked resistance of each injector which is ok and checked continuity between injectors and ecu which is......yes you guessed it....ok. Can somebody steer me in the right direction so that I can sort this out. I have done an ecu reset a few times but it doesn't clear. The car in question is a 1993 JDM WRX impreza.
