Default is it a easy job to replace my oil pan what options do i have

my oil pan has developed a leek from a rust spot grrr and is leeking oil on my manifold. can i get a better replacement that wont get rusty <ali or carbon>.
plus is it a easy job to do on a 98/2000 2.0lt sport special

Just replace with a standard new one - They're not that expensive from the main dealers.

You'll need a tube of threebond (or equivalent) sealant and a new pick up pipe O Ring.

Undo the engine mounts, and raise the motor slightly, to give easier access to the sump to block bolts at the rear of the sump pan.
