From our earlier conversation, it sounds like you've got more than one problem with the car.
Ensure your ignition system is up to scratch - It's the most common fault to arise when upping the boost (and power) on a 92->96 engine.
The only way to be 100% sure that the coils are good is to replace with new OE or aftermarket items, or convert your Ignition system to Phase 1.5 Coilpack, ignitor and leads.
Remove the rubber boots, check all coilpack ends for hairline cracks.
Check the potted end of the coilpacks (where the 2 wires come out on the back) for burning/discolouration.
Be sure to support the coilpack when undoing or tightening the M8 retaining bolt - If the coil is inadvertantly allowed to twist when the bolt is undone, it will crack the coil.
Remove all sparkplugs, check and gap to 0.6mm and refit.

hi lee hows it going. i thought it was but how can it run with out the fuel pump relay in?As soon as i took it out u heard the engine revs went up a bit now runs fine any ideas
Pulled it out and left it out? Or put it back?
If it's the former, I'd be finding out what it did before I ran the car very far.
If it's the latter, it may have been a poor connection, or an intermittant with the relay.
