Default Induction kit with FMIC or not?

Hi, im getting a FMIC fitted next week with remap, do i need or is it a good idea to fit an induction kit and would i see much power gain from it? im running 310/310 at the moment with k&n panel and zerosport airbox intake thing.
I dont want to start having problems with the MAF sensor tho. I will be tuning more in the near future to. Is there a good reliable uprated MAF to suit induction kits on the V3? Thanks, Any advice welcome.

I had a feeling that would be the case. What one would you recommend? Any idea on uprated MAF?

you won't go wrong with a k+n filter mate and the z32 is a good maf to replace the standard one

I am presuming you have an aftermarket ecu such as Apexi in there already - you can rescale the maf to suit the Z32 within that. If not, consider a Simtek or Syvecs aftermarket ecu which do away with the maf completely.

Hi. Yes i have an Apexi PFC so i could get it mapped to suit the fmic intercooler, induction kit and maf, Iv had a quick look for the Z32 maf for my V3 but couldnt find one, any idea where i could get one and how much do they go for?
Another thing when im looking for an induction kit like the k&n, they all seem to have two versions for the classic 93/97 and 97/00, as mine is a 97 and falls in the middle how do i know which one to go for? Thanks

Is the Z32 maf stronger then?

Is the wiring similar?

Are they cheaper then my £420 purple label maf?
