ecu plugs

what difference if any between v3/4 and v5/6 in regads to plugs for ecu..i know the v3/4 has 3 just woundered how man has the v5/6 and are the ecus interchangable andy

MY99/00 is 3 plug... but different shapes and different pinouts to MY97/98. Also, think the MY97/98 plug is yellow; MY99/00 is grey.
