K&n filter are good, but if you are go FMIC route, this filter will be useless, try found RCM or CAIK(i have before Hyperflow which are very good, now i'm using HKS Suction Kit)

I have just removed mine as the standard air box is good to 350-360 bhp I believe, I've just removed my typhoon for a cosworth panel filter. The typhoon does sound very nice, plenty of incabin turbo noice and you can hear the dump from the recirc valve. A remap is necessary however for best results.
