Default engine management light

Evening all
I had and Ecutek remap and the maf sensor changed (previous one faulty) on my 01 wrx just over a month ago and it was running perfectly after. Went for a bit of a hard drive a few days ago, on the way home the engine management light flashed a few times then went off, it hasnt come back on since but the car seems to have lost a fair bit of power. There also seems to be less pressure being released from the dump valve. The manual says a misfire condition has been diagnosed contact a dealer, so not very helpful. Anyone else experienced similar problems or have any ideas on what it could be?
