Radiator Change Instructions Urgently Needed!
Hi,
Can anyone supply us with a "how to" for my 2003 blobeye sti? I'm after a step by step guide to removing the standard radiator and refitting a new standard one. I've searched google but to now joy.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

All I can say is did start to finish in an hour, so if any one had a help guide, don't worry. Subaru quoted two hours labour, we did it in an hour! Brilliant stuff................
Thanks

I'll echo KJ200SX. Its the easiest rad I've had the take out.
If you want the fine detail then download the STi 2004 workshop manual from here:
https://www.scoobynet.com/technical-...d-updated.html
1. Take off both pressure caps.
2. Take off rad bottom hose - there's about 9 litres of coolant to collect so a bucket or oil catch bowl will be useful.
3. Disconnect both fans.
4. Disconnect top hose and two smaller hoses from header tank to rad.
5. Remove expansion tank.
6. Remove both rad support stays (top edge by lights).
7. Lift out rad.
Edit- I see it was urgent on the 25th. I guess you've done it now?
