Difference of 400 cell cat and 100 cell cat
Hey all,
I've got a powerflow 100 cell sports cat and MOts are becoming a nightmare, I was thinking of a 400 cell (as recommended by the exhaust maker) but wonder what difference that would make?
I still need my ECU sorting for idle but would the 400 cell help even more to get her through. Dont worry about what restriction that would give as I can sort that...
Note: It's only cat fitted, single.

100 cell (cells per square inch properly) are notoriously bad come MOT time, they have a shorter life anyway, and then to add to that are a pig to get hot, 400 cell will be a lot more reliable in both respects, but you will get a small increase in back pressure.
