I have just installed a fse power boost valve what pressure
Should I sent my fuel pressure on tick over
I have it set at 2.5 bar at the moment but seem
To be getting fuel on my oil!!!

What do you mean by getting fuel on your oil?
Are FSE "power boost valves" not rising rate regulators? If it is I'd bin it and get a good 1:1 fuel pressure regulator such as an SX or Aeromotive.

Anyway as a baseline, when at idle, remove the vacuum hose to the FSE and then set pressure to 3 Bar. Then re-attach vacuum hose.
