Default engine light help

Hi,
Iv'e had my car back now for 3 days and all has been good except for 10mins ago while coming home my check engine light came on The car runs fine not missing a beat so what can it be or is there something i can do to find out what is going on ...

plz help was planning a trip out this weekend to celebrate the return of the scooby

what car is it mate and what you just got it back from but without the code being read just going to be wild guessing unless you have just had decat fitted ect and this is were you just got your car back from

Its a jdm 93 impreza , ive just had it back on the road from a new engine fitted myself so it's baffled me some what is there any way of me reading the code?
