Default tial 44mm wastegate

Ive just bought as above, this may sound like a stupid question but it comes with 4 washers for the vacum valves, im presuming 2 for each valve but do you put 1 either side of the valve or both on the top?

One of the takeoffs is connected to the top of the gate, and the other to the bottom.

Connect the top takeoff to the "COM" on a 3 port boost solenoid, and the bottom takeoff T's into the inlet plenum and connects to the "NC" port on the solenoid
