Fault Code P0301 - Misfire
my04 wrx sti type uk Fault Code P0301 - Misfire
ok here goes the engine light came on .. the above code popped up the dianogstics tool .. so was advised could be spark plugs .. they were changed also had service at same time ..no more than 20 mins had gone the same code popped up again .. so after reading a few posts on scoobynet about the same issue .. thought ok .. lets change the coil pack .. new coil pack on .. 20 mins later the same damn code ... ok so next thing was the neutral postition switch .. changed that today ... what a job that is on the six speed gearbox !! ... after driving around for a hour or so .. the engine light came back on with the same code ... so i'm now stuck as to what this problem could be ? a dodgy plug .. the car is not in limp mode seems to have full power its not been mapped the only mod done is the back exhaust ...this had allready been fitted to the car when i purchased it .. that was 3 years ago
so i'm all out of ideas now .. its doing my head in !!!!!
so anyhelp would be much appricated

thanks in advance
