Default Fitment of Parallel fuel rail modification to a classic Impreza turbo

If fit the Parallel fuel rail modification to a classic Impreza turbo, say if the car was standard, would this affect fueling? Or is it just to stop the starvation/lean fueling when big bhp?

Or in other words if the car is already mapped, would it need remapping?

Any power gains or just peace of mind be safer?

its just a safety thing to stop the far side rail getting short of fuel mate and looks good also

When fit them, run one fuel line from fuel filter to ns rail, then to os rail, then regulator, then back to tank (next to fuel filter)?
Remove the carbon canister and all pipes under inlet manifold and block pipe off (next to fuel filter)?
