lambda problem ???

Default lambda problem ???

hi all

have a 99 legacy b4 twin turbo, recently got nct (mot) done
and failed on lambda, has to be between .97 and 1.03 but is reading
1.08 ? emissons passed so cat must be ok ? and had sensor checked and is also ok..... any advice much appreciated.

get the tank down to quarter or below and get some forte fuel system or gas treatment in the tank and take for agood blast and get nice and hot then go for retest and i wouldnt mind betting she'll sail through as she's so close already.

What prodriverules said i had to get the cat really hot then it sailed straight through emmisions........

There's some stuff you can get called Cata-Clean, which is supposed to be very good for this kind of problem. Cleans up the whole fuel system as well as cat and lambda sensor, and goes for around £12-£15 a bottle.
