Default Catch tank hose?

What kind of hosing can you use for a catch tank?
Does it have to be thick stuff or can you use silicone hose

silicone hose will do fine mate eventually any pipe will rot out from oil but it will take along time.

Another question....At a guess i'd say the OEM pipes are 12mm,will my new silicone pipe need to be larger,say 15/16mm?? Only asking as a friend sais that it needs to be because its a different set up now i've gone FMIC?

you buy catch tanks with diffrent size conections but to be on the safe side get the can first and buy pipes to suit it.
