Default please help obd plug

can anyone help me ive got a subaru impreza 2.0 turbo 1995 jap import and im trying to find the diagnostics plug does anyone where it is please

Its not an obd plug as such, there is 4 connectors 2 black and 2 green taped up under the dash on drivers side. do a search on here and it will explain how to read the check light flash. must be lucky as never had to do it and never had a cel on. 98 sti with simtek looked after by myself and mapped by mr forrest.

type in jolly green monster (simon) into google and there is a step by step guide on simons website about ecu error codes and resetting the ecu.
