Default Holding back under boost

Hi, have posted before about this slight holding back when boosting. Have changed Plugs, Air, Oil & filter, cleaned MAF so is nice and orange looking instead of being dark in colour but still get this intermittent fault. All hoses/pipes are ok, no splits/holes the only thing different to stock setup is a boost regulator. Running at just over 0.9 which i believe is factory setup and nothing breaking down under load (ie coilpacks) Takes off nice, then seems to hold back slightly before boosting again, any ideas thanks Mark. PS would an ECU reset make any difference?

Just got back in, rechecked everything and found 2 possible causes, firstly i had not re-tightened the jubilee clip on air intake pipe so this could have been causing over induction of air and the second thing, i have re-routed the pipes to the boost controller, all seemed too long and were routed all around the engine bay instead of directly to the controller. Not had chance to re-drive car but i reckon the loose jubilee clip would have given the stutter on acceleration and when backing off too due to sucking too much air!
