Default Clutch/pedal issue ?

My clutch Pedal has been getting closer to the floor overtime and now the pedal needs pumping in the morning and struggles to get first / reverse until warmed up ? New exeedy clutch last year and not loosing any fluid ??

Could be the slave or master cylinder seals too.
