annoying sqweak

ive got an annoying sqweak when i turn the steering to the right sound slike its coming form the front right sid eof the car my first thouhgts would be a wheel bearing but it only does it whne i turn right its on my uk turbo 2000
any ideas before i investigate further in the morning
