just thought id pick a few brain's about my new classic.

* On startup it takes about a little wile for the scoob to startup?...no more than2 second's ..just wondering if this is right or anything i could check?

*Slight rattle coming from underneath car when pulling away...sounds like a cover or something is lose..defintely not pengine knocking as ive had my ear to the engine on running (scared the **** outa me)

Could it be something as simple as a new battery and service?..

Sorry if i sound thick..its cus i am

 

check the exhaust heat sheilds, prone to rattling away

Also the start up sounds normal.

 

Cheerz guy's...ill get a video of the startup soon as...other than that it's running well 2bh...mainly the bodywork need's attention and a few interior bit's and bobs

 

mine is exactely the same mate 1 or 2 second delay but then she fires without issue and I get that rattle for about 2-3 mins until it starts to warm up dont worry about the cars make some funky noises lol

 

cheerz mate...i am a lil bit tentative because off all the story's of piston slap Etc Etc...

but for a car that's done 141k....shes doing bloody good

plus i now this sounds a bit weird but ..ave been in quite a few classic impreza's ...and they all smell the same....they all feel the same building up boost..all have the same "dare i say it juddery and shaky" feel that makes the carso unique

..ive never been in or seen any other car's that have the character of a impreza. . and i doubt there be any other's that will be able to come near
