where are the speed sensors located ?
hi,,,,, i now have no speedo reading and as a result i have the car in limp home mode with a MINT 4500 rpm rev limit,,,,,, that was well nice to have at the chelsea cruise last night pmsl
anyway i need to know where to find the speed sensor,,,,, also the speedo delimiter/MPH converter aswell just incase thats what has failed
ironic part of this,,,, i let my mate drive the car and he was too scared to boot it incase he broke the car,,,,,, and the speedo stoped working with him at the wheel pmsl he didnt even drive it past 4000rpm,,,,,,,, the death i have given it means you gotta laugh pmsl
ive just changed the gearbox less than 150 miles ago so other hints to look at would be nice too

If you car is pre 1997, then the speedo is driven by a 2 piece cable that runs from the back of the intrument cluster, through the bulkhead and connects to the diver's side of the gearbox.
If it's post 1996, then it has a speed sensor on the gearbox.
