Default STi6 cats

Hi,

I'm a new owner of an MY00 sti6 wagon, and I have a quick question.....

Does this car have one or two cats? I'm leaning more towards the one cat (in the downpipe) but would like a definitive answer if at all poss!!

Cheers,
Paul

Believe they have two cats, one is in the downpipe + one under the center of the car mate. Welcome to the site

Cheers dude, that then brings me onto my next question.....

would removing the centre cat (if there) cause any issues with fuelling etc?

Cheers,
Paul

P.S. I bet you can't guess what colour it is?

Thanks Tony, that was my belief, just wanted to hear others opinions (balance of probability n'all that) Any way of telling if its a resonator or cat without taking it off?

Cheers,
Paul

Would not cause a problem to put a straight through pipe in the center, I have done it to all my scoobs with no probs
