Info on Z32 MAF Please.

Can someone who knows please confirm the diameter of the Z32 MAF Sensor.
Are there any numbers on a z32 Maf by which I can identify it for sure.

I have mine here sitting in front of me... Orange label... 80mm OD... code 22680 30P00

I think there are other codes too - enter "Z32" and "Z32 MAF" and "Z32 AFM" on eBay...

As in someone passing off a MAF as a Z32 one, but wasn't?
