I am looking at fitting a CAT1 on a MY06 WRX import, and want to know the make and model of the alarm that Subaru UK fitted to these when they brought them in (these are not factory fitted). I want to compare these to other brands on offer before buying. If anyone knows (or can the look under the hood to find out), that would be appreciated.

sigma imho are poor alarms, i have been fitting alarms now for over 20 years, i can highly recommend the Hornet Maxx 1 or Clifford Concept 650mkII both alarms are from Directed Electronics, the latter clifford being fully upgradeable for the add-on equipment, the hornet is an out the box Cat:1,

At the moment I'm leaning towards Cobra with extra modules for windows and sunroof closure. Any opinions on this brand ?
