Default first ever scobby

I have just bought a 1995 impreza turbo, dont really know alot about them yet but i have been told by a long term scobby owner that i need to replace the throttle sensor as i am have boost spikes.

Could any one tell me if any scooby throttle sensor is ok or do i need a certain one?

Also if you know the best place to get these parts it would be really helpful.

Not sure i've heard that one before!

Describe your problem on here for a second opinion!

Default throttle sensor i think

Sorry but i will have to put this in simple for as i have only had a scoob for a day.

Every now and again when you put your foot down it is almost as if it is be starved of fuel, once its up on boost it is fine.

There is also a relay clicking, not sure of the fault code but have been told it was the throttle position sensor.

I can only really drive on half throotle at the moment.

Not sure how else to explain this problem

Could be any number of things from the coils, plugs etc. - sounds like its hesitating rather than spiking as you say its ok as soon as boost cuts in - could be just plugs have had it or are gapped badly??
