Cool changing spark plugs on my wrx sti 1995 running 1.2 bar boost! which plugs do i need?

hi im changing my coil packs and spark plugs due to a intermittent misfire when hot.

i am unsure on which spark plugs to get?!

iv come across PFR6B and PFR7B and am unsure on the difference?

also im being told them need to be gapped??? obviously the gap in which the spark has to jump, but could really do with some help peeps!

go for the ngk pfr7b plugs & gap them to 0.6.

Measure the gap with feeler gauges and adjust to suit, Just bend it
