a quick oil filter qeustion
just about tyo do my 4000 miles oil change as per normal the only thing is i dont have genuine subaru oil filter but i do have a blue print oil filter will this be ok as its a direct copy part

Yes. if you change oil that regularly a non oe one will be ok. I know some people change the oil every 3000 mile but only change the filter every 2nd change as 3000k is nothing, unless its doing a lot of trackwork and launches...

i was thinking about using the old filter but if this blue print one is ok i have been told that blue print do make goood copy parts so ill get out ther ein the rain and use the blue print oil filter next cnahe is at the begining of august so i geta proper parts again
